A 70s Hong Kong Dim Sum restaurant that gives off a warm hearted atmosphere.
The name shi san yao is based off the winning hand in the popular Hong Kong game, Mahjong. Created a hypothetical menu in a 70s Chinese restaurant design with a modern twist.
